Deleting your Astro Cat data

Version of 26 October 2026.

This page says how to delete your data from the Astro Cat app («Астрокот»): what is erased on your phone, what on our server, and what remains.

In short

1. Delete the data on your phone

Your phone keeps the profile with your birth date, the cat's readings, the history of spreads and dreams, the dream diary, chats with the cat, settings and records of practices.

In the same place you can erase only the history of spreads and dreams, or only the chats with the cat. If you simply delete the app from your phone, its data goes too.

After clearing, one mark stays on the phone — that you confirmed your age.

2. Delete the data on the server

The server keeps a random installation number with its key and counters of the cat's answers, paws and the Star Cat period, purchases, the date you confirmed your age, an address for notifications and your requests to support.

The days of Star Cat and the paws left are deleted together with the records — they cannot be brought back afterwards. If your subscription is still running and you have only changed phones, ask us to move your purchases to the new installation instead.

A request you wrote through the Astro Cat Telegram bot can be deleted at your word in the bot itself: it goes together with the chat's number.

Your installation's code comes with the message, and we find the records by it. You can also write to support@ironstack-labs.com — then give the code yourself; it is shown in the profile. If you are going to delete the app, write to us first or note the code down.

3. If the app is already deleted

Your records on the server are tied to no name, e-mail or phone number — only to the installation's code. If you kept the code, write to support@ironstack-labs.com and give it — there is no need to install the app again. The answer comes to the address you wrote from. Without the code we cannot find the records.

4. What remains and why
